Information should contain either numbers, images, documents, text, or sound to enable transmission via a channel to be disseminated to the recipient to explain, inform and verify that the recipient may use such information for any particular purpose.
QUALITIES OF GOOD INFORMATION.
1. Timeliness: Such information should be available at a favorable and useful time to maintain its value.
2. Accuracy: Must be precise and not inaccurate to mislead for
mischievous purposes.
3. Reliable: Trust and confidence must be established on such
information, thus making it free from bias.
4. Comprehensive: Must not be ambiguous but the details should be easily understood.
5. Relevance: It must be suitable and appropriate, thus considered
esteemed for the intended purpose.
